Much of the research work done at FERAL is concerned with organisms and how they relate to their environment. Ecology is a wide field and our broad areas of interest are:
- Wildlife biology research and conservation.
- Coastal zone management and marine science.
- Landscape ecology
A lot of this work translates directly into out outreach programmes and restoration projects.
