Applications of R in GIS and Hydrology

This two day workshop introduced applications of the R package for Statistical Computing and its various libraries, notably "spGRASS6" and "timeSeries" in hydrology. The exercises covered watershed delineations using the GRASS GIS packages from within R and processing of logger data for rain gauges and water level recorders. Participants were students and researchers working on hydrology related courses and projects.
